How do I import a recipe?
Paste a URL, upload a screenshot or photo, or type the recipe manually. Zester parses the content and structures it into ingredients and steps.
What sources does Zester support?
Zester works with recipe websites, TikTok links, Instagram posts and Reels, YouTube videos, screenshots, photos, and manual text entry. Results are best with well-formatted sources.
Is Zester free?
Yes. Zester is free for up to 10 recipes. A premium subscription will be available for unlimited recipe storage and advanced features.
How do I join the beta?
On iPhone, install TestFlight from the App Store and follow the setup guide on our beta page. On Android, email us your Google Play account email and we will grant access.
Does Zester work offline?
Yes. Your saved recipes are available offline. You can view ingredients, steps, and notes without an internet connection.
How accurate is the AI parsing?
Zester uses AI to extract recipe details from images and links. Accuracy depends on the source quality. Well-formatted recipe pages and clear images produce the best results. You can always review and edit imported recipes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Delete account in the app. All your data will be removed.
When will Zester launch on the App Store and Google Play?
Zester is currently in App Store review and Google Play testing. The public launch date has not been announced yet. Join the beta to get early access.
