Recipe Image Parser
Turn recipe screenshots and photos into organized, cookable recipes.
The Problem
You have screenshots of recipes from social media, photos of cookbook pages, or pictures of handwritten family recipe cards. They sit in your camera roll, hard to find and even harder to cook from.
Typing them up manually takes forever. But you do not want to lose them either.
How Zester Helps
- Take a photo or screenshot of a recipe (clear image, well-lit works best).
- Upload it to Zester using the Add Recipe option.
- Zester reads the text using AI and structures it into ingredients, steps, and notes.
- Review and edit — then save to your recipe library.
Accuracy depends on image quality. Clear, well-lit text produces the best results. Handwritten recipes may need editing after import.
What You Get
- Digitize handwritten family recipes before they fade
- Extract recipes from cookbook photos without retyping everything
- Save screenshot recipes from social media as proper recipes
- Edit and organize all your recipes in one place
